is it ok to do some boxing cardio for 10-20mins if im doing the general progression program?

sure, but if u're going beyond light warm up(short intense cardio programs can be very good...along the lines of sprinting...)...so that anything beyond light shadow boxing for 10 min...do it after weight lifting or on days off from lifting
