Hi everyone. I've been regularly working out 3-4 times a week since May but I still haven't had any change. No matter what I do, I haven't been able to build up the area between my shoulder blades. I've done countless trapezius exercises like shrugs, and other back exercises like rows but with no noticeable gains.
About the only thing I can say is that my strength has increased quite a lot, but it looks awkward because it looks as if I have a huge gap in between my shoulder blades.
javaman what is your diet consist of on a daily basis. This has to be as big a part of the lifestyle as the workout, you need to maintain consistant eating habits. As far as the shoulder blades go, are you doing heavy compound exercises like shrugs? Really need more info about you for people to help you out effectively.
