Ok I got a stupid question now. I was filling up my meal plan for the day, and I had one of those little fruit cocktail (only peaches) with jello instead of syrup or water. I didn't find it in the food list and I'm not sure how many fat or calories there is with it...does anyone know?
Look on the box that the single serving came in. You could also do a quick search on google with the product name and the word nutrition...I do this often to get nutritional content of brand foods.
