I am rather new to FreeTrainers.com and have been amazed at what is actually offered here. I am a 25yr. old father of two, who is currently trying to get my own business of the ground while working a full time day job. On top of that I am about 30-50lbs. overweight. Now if you asked me when I was 18 if I thought this is where I would be when I was 25 I would have told you that you're crazy. But nevertheless here I am.
Anyway to catch you to where I am now, I have been going steady to the gym 6 out of 7 days a week for the last 2 1/2 weeks (that is 3 days strength training & 3 days aerobic) and have already seen some weight come off and a drastic change in most areas of my body. I now realize that I must first tackle myself before I tackle the world, and I am trying to stay strong at the gym.
I just wanted to drop a few lines about myself and say hi to all of the wonderful members here. I look forward to posting with you all. :)
