I am new to this site. I actually just joined today. I wanted to say hello.
I have been working on lossing more weight in the last month. Over time I have become a strict vegan.
I also take my herbs and believe in alternative medicine. I am a person who cleanses yearly. I am actually starting my yearly, month long cleanse tomorrow.
I exercise lighter then what I had in more former years. I just happened to fall off the wagon after I stopped dancing.
I am actually starting up ballroom again.
And I am rowing on my row machine daily.
After I get in shape more. I plan in becoming a personal trainer.
Who wants to work with a trainer who is a little soft??? Not me. But I am taking classes at the moment. Learning up a strom.
I seem to have alot of knowledge in fitness. Since, that has been a big part of my life. A dancer must stay in shape! And as a modern - pin-up model I know this as well.
Being unfit isn't sexy.
