Hey im pretty young still, turning 16 in a few months of have been training for about a year now and have been wondering if it will do anything to my growth? I dont do any max lifts i usually try going for 12 reps on most exersizes. Im around 5 foot 7 inches right now and would hopefully like to grow to 5'10-6feet so any of your guys help would be GREATLY appreciated.

height is all about genetics, look at your parents and you can judge fairly well how tall you are going to be. you are only 16, and typically men mature later than women, so you may still have a good growth spurt in you yet:)
