I just filled out my profile, rec'd my exercise plan. But I really have no clue. I don't know how to go about stretching.

Before lifting just do little bit of cardio to break sweat...then before doing each exercise...just pick light weight and do full range of motion with 10-20 reps of the exercise you're about to do with heavier weights....this serves as a form of stretching....
try these stretches after you're done with your workout
