I normally try to be pretty civil but my first suggestion would be write your post in English. Other than that, you need to work your muscles from various angles to get a full physique.

You kill me Mike, thanks for putting a smile on my face.
Anyway I called in a translater and the best we could make was something like this...ya know that cartoon where the big fish goes swimming by and then turns sideways and he's paper thin. I think that's it. If that's the case you need to switch up the exercises you do to shape the overall bicep. Remember, the bicep is the divided into 2 parts. Both need to be worked. Also remember the tricep is the bigger of the 2 and consists of 3 parts. If it is much bigger in propotion to your bicep that will give the illusion hat it's even smaller.
Don't get upset core...I'm just being a dumba$$ as usual. I for one cannot talk about my grammar. I know people sometimes sit there and go what the hell is this guy tryin' to say?
Anyway ,where I'm limited in where I can help, when I can, I will. Best of luck to you bro!

OKay.. If I am interpreting correctly - your chest has grown, but not your arms. You don't know what to eat.

Eating - nutrition forum - grocery list for healthy eating.

Biceps - if you have long arms, far attachment points, you will not get the same full, round biceps as someone with different genetics. the little coveted 'peak' on the biceps is genetic, also.

Heavy back work - pull-ups, rows, pull downs, etc. will help grow those biceps.

If you want more, go to the top of the screen and look under exercise program - fill it out and pick a program that adds mass or focuses on arms (I am not sure waht exactly is available, look and see).

Keep working out, keep pushing the weights, eat enough and you should grow:)
