I am no expert, but I take X-Rated Whey Protein. Per unit price, it is the best value, and gives you the most protein per serving. Hi-health and GNC both carry it.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. Have you been a member long? Are you seeing any results?

Actually, yes I have. Mostly in my eating habits which is a real struggle for me. I get such good advise on here that helps to keep me motivated. I can develop muscle pretty fast so that helps. I lost one inch off of my waist in 2 weeks, however, I have not been as faithful as I should to the program (but I am working on it). I think the best results so far to me is my outlook, attitude and the eating. But, I feel that is the first step. I have maintained my weight, but am losing the inches. I think I became a member the first part of June?????? How about you are you hanging in there?

I would also recommend a shake called Protoplex, it has the same ingredients as myo excetp more protein and another ingrediant which helps it dissolve faster and better so it is not gritty. It is made by vitamin world. www.vitaminworld.com. -snow

You can always buy less known brands in grocery stores, they are much less expensive. Weider products are also on the cheaper side, but don't taste too good. If you wanna go the food route eat lots of egg whites and tuna fish, they are loaded with protein and very little fat/carbs. Best of luck
