Hello all. I'm new here. Just had a baby 4 months ago. I need major help. Just wondering what kind of protein I should start with and how much (I weigh 105 pounds, 5 foot) and what exercises can I do to strengthen my back and neck muscles (they're killing me, babe weighs 15 pounds already). I just got the "body for life" book so I'm going to try that out and see how it works. Do I take in as much protein as they recommend since I am so small?

I just want to tone up (stomach area the most) and get back to eating better. I hate to cook. Can someone help me out here?

The boy for life plan is a nice balanced plan....I used it to drop about 90lbs....look at the serving sizes and understand them...the sizes change for each person...so it is the right amount for you.
Do you have a gym membership or are you working out at home?
