If you stand around waiting for them to notice you, you may be standing there awhile, unless of course your all that and a bag of chips, and let's face it, most of us aren't. Dress casual, keep yourself well-groomed and just be real, then approach and don't be afraid to get knocked back a few times. If you don't risk being rejected, your not gonna get accepted. Your only 13, take it easy, your starting an adventure that I promise you, will never be boring. Be playful and avoid being clingy and unconfident in yourself. 13 is young, so you have plenty of time to figure things out.

When you are trying hard to find someone, it seems nobody is available, or you cannot get the attention. But when you forget about actaully trying to find someone, and focus on enjoying your live and doing things you love, and spending time with others, when you least expect it you will find someone! When people try to hard to get noticed, it just looks silly. Be yourself, enjoy your life. Eventually you will find someone whom you want to share yourself with!
