for years i have suffered with this extra weight around my middle and i want to change it. problem is i work at a sub shop by day and various food places by night and the temptation is to much because we cant leave the resturant for food. i just cant see to get on a program can one of u help???:(
thats simply self control. bring healthy meals/snacks with you to work. every time you feel tempted to eat a sub or go to a fast food joint, think of the body you want. its all about self control. implement a regular work out into your weekly schedule too. even if its taking a walk on your breaks from work.
