I'm 24 years old (today woohoo), 5'85, 183lbs, here are my measurements:
Age 24years Abdomen 35.00in
Sex Male Hips 40.50in
Activity Level Active Thigh 26.25in
Weight 184.00lbs Knee 15.50in
Height 68.50in Calf 16.25in
Neck 15.25in Ankle 9.00in
Shoulders 46.00in Arm 12.00in
Chest 39.50in Forearm 10.75in
Waist 33.00in Wrist 6.75in
As you can see i have big hips/thighs, mybodycomp says 14% body fat, i have improved from 20% (according to their site, im still in 20s on my tanita scale).
I dont care how much weight is on the scale too much, cause i know there are many many other factors, i used to be 179lbs and 20% body fat, so the scale doesnt say everything! (ive bee nreading these boards for a couple years).
My problem well i want to lose body fat, get toned, even if mybodycomp says 14% i really dont look good in jeans at all. I need advice for diet (maintenance after is different), Im planning on doing weights 3-4 times and cardio 3 times a week. Is this good?
My real question is about calories and proteins. I read different things everywhere, and I would like some personalized advice if anyone wants to bother. Thank u :)
