I love fruit juices, but most are so high in calories and sugar. Anyone recommend any that are low cal, NO sugar? but are still tasty?

Most natural and fresh juices may be high in sugar, but most of it is fructose, which, while maybe a simple sugar, is still pretty low on the GI. It's the other sugars that may be added during the processing that's not good. I got a juicer last last year, and it was one of the best investments ever: turn it on, drop the fruit in, drink the juice.

I love juice,but am also concerned about the calories and sugar, and know that if I drink juice, I won't drink enough water. So, I've been filling my glass with 1/3 juice, and 2/3 water. I still get a little flavor, and it's easier to drink my water throughout the day.
