No, you wont lose weight with the diet you have. First of all, fill out your profile on here, it will help determine what your diet should be, and how to reach your goals. Two, your food intake is barely enough! you gotta eat much more than that, and maintain a regular workout schedule, and most importantly...you CANNOT drink alcohol four times a week!! If your serious about losing weight and getting in shape, there is no room for alcohol!!
