just cant get my diet right

im a 21 year old college student and i really really want to lose weight im not fat, i suppose im on the thin side.. i have love handles but there isnt other probblem area's. I do have obesity in my family though so i am super weight concious. I do want to lose at least 4kgs. I want to be love handle free. i weigh now arounf 57kgs. I have recently taking up boxing. it more for fitness reasons than to fight in the ring. it consists of 1.5 hours training for four days a week. is this enough?

my diet now is : breakfast: 2 egg whites poached and 3 pieces of fruit. i cup tea with skim milk

snack: 30g dried apricots

lunch: small salad

snack: fat free plain yoghurt

dinner: meat and veg (whatever mom makes)

is this enough? or too much what should i add, decrease. coz i am at college we consume a large amount of alchol so I do have extra calories at least 4 times a week.

please help. will i lose my desired weight this way?

No, you wont lose weight with the diet you have. First of all, fill out your profile on here, it will help determine what your diet should be, and how to reach your goals. Two, your food intake is barely enough! you gotta eat much more than that, and maintain a regular workout schedule, and most importantly...you CANNOT drink alcohol four times a week!! If your serious about losing weight and getting in shape, there is no room for alcohol!!
