You arn't sapposed to lose more than one or two pounds a week because some of it will be muscle if you do, I know this. But if you lose more than that, than gain in that same week, ending up losing 2 pounds total that week....is that acceptable or making any progress? -sweeny
possibly water weight....don't worry about one pound. One lbs. is just 16 oz of water, and depending on the water in your body...that can make a diffence
