I am thinking of using this supplement do i need to take each day or only on the days that i train.If anyone could advise me on this i would be very grateful

I would stick with monohydrate powder. Serum is very instable, and is not absorbed any easier than powder.

Creatine suspended in a liquid rapidly degrades to its useless form of creatinine. Stay away from liquid creatines.

Use Kre-Alk or creatine ethyl ester (CEE). No loading or bloating. Monohydrate is a thing of the past.

Good post....CEE is very rapidly uptaken. Does perform much better.
