Hello,
I am gradually introducing myself to vegetarianism. Right now, I only take egg, chicken and fish. I'm thinking of dropping another meat. I do take milk, margerine and buter but not cheese, if that helps.
I just want to know if I should drop chicken or egg first? I take eggs without their yellows. So, which food had more benefits, so to say?
I don't want to talk of the positive or negative sides of this, as it's due to religion, health and ethics. :-) I'd just want to solve the question: Egg or chicken to drop first.
