I'm going to take a week off from weight training and want to do some extra cardio during the week to help burn some unwanted fat gains. I'm planning on running 2-3 times this week for about 30 min. each time (probably more though knowing me).
Although I know I want to put in some cardio (I seldom do cardio normally) I am concerned about losing muscle mass. How should my diet be during this week and is there anything else I can do to help in this situation?
