I have never worked on legs before... and taught running wouldbe enough.... some one please advice.... on howto start for legs....please... like what weights and sets... thanks... soomuch

yes gain muscle.. strenght.... my upper body is bigger... compared tolegs sonned to balance them out..

Go to the powerlifting forum and look for threads with vertical in them. This has been discussed recently there. Good luck and welcome to FT!!!
