Hi,
I want to start doing more cardio to loose some body fat. I am at 13 percent right now and want to drop it down to about 9. My diet is great and I workout hard. My prob is that I cant seem to find time for cardio. I workout 4 days a week. I heard that you are not suppose to do cardio after your workout and to do it on non-lifting days. Only problem is that I go to school from 8am-2pm and work from 3pm-10pm on non-lifting days. My question is, will I loose muscle mass if I do low-intensity cardio after my workout?

Then don't do more cardio. If you have room in your diet to cut some calories, then this will provide the same benefits that cardio will(other than cardiovascular health). Your bodyfat drop depends on a caloric deficit. How you create it is up to you.

As far as will you lose muscle mass by doing steady state cardio pwo the answer is probably no. I would start sipping my pwo shake while doing it though.
