I am a fifteen year old bodybuilder and I was just wandering if I could find out how many calories other bodybuilders are eating my age. If you could post your daily calories for the on and off season including protein, fat and carbohydrate percentages I would greatly appreciate it. -sweeny

I am 15 man. I just started and they recommended about 100 grams of protein as i am only 135 pounds. Right now I eat about 2800 calories and maybe 40 grams of fat. I take Gnc Extreme Whey protein shakes that taste like hell.

I am 16 but not a bodybuilder, but I am serious about weight training. I try and get about 3000 calories a day and try and take my weight in protein which is 130. I am rather short at 5'6" so that usually changes the amount of protein you should consume. Most people try to take what they weigh.

You might look up Ironbod, I believe he is 16. He posts on here fairly frequently.

To bulldogs,
please run away as fast as you can from GNC! They are way overpriced! If you are looking for just protein powder, try designer whey, it comes in all sorts of yummy flavors. Also, check around on the internet for the best prices, or at local fitness shops (other than GNC!). muscledepot.com or vitaglo.com have good prices, and rev8ball on here sells supplements, so you might leave him a message on what he would recommend for you!
