Just startin' on here and wanted to introduce myself...
I am a College Student at VA Tech and have been into physical fitness and weight-lilfting going on 5 years now. I try to focus my workout around my activities.. I have been wrestling for the past 10 years and have just gotten into competing in Mixed Martial Arts.
Right now I am 5'2" and 125 pounds w/ a low body fat %.

Right now I main area of knowledge is strength and bulk training and powerlifting training. I was taught and worked on this for almost 5 years now.
Currently though I am trying to focus my lifting on more strength training, but without as much of the bulk, because of being a Full Combat Competition Fighter (MMA)
