My last post I think I was a size 12, I am a size 7 now,140 pounds and still quite flabby! YUK!! Do I need more cardio??

Congratulations on your accomplishments...sounds like you're heading in the right direction.
Look at your diet first...then Resistance Traning then Cardio...in that order.

Are you doing resistance training? Cardio alone with diet will make you lose weight, but resistance training you can "sculpt" your body for that lean toned hard look.

Congratulations, jajewel!!! That is great!
You may still have the sort of soupy bodyfat associated with lower bodyfat after weight loss, keep training hard and working out and the soupiness should go away, too.
Be sure you are losing fat and not muscle by monitoring your body composition via calipers. If you don't keep your muscle, but lose weight all you are left with is mushy fat where muscle should be.
If you have lost fat and are still not where you want to be - look for bb1fit's diet thread in the nutrition forum and try an 8-12 week cycle of that type of diet , it will help get rid of the last stubborn fat.
It also can be partlt due to y our body still adjusting - water levels in and around tissues and in your blood need to adjust for fat loss, this can take some time. Your skin may still be tightening up, as well.
Stick with it! You are at the turning point - keep on with a good strong program and healthy diet, you should see the jiggly stuff go away!

Thank you....best to lift heavy? For how long should I lift weights for in a day??week?? I kinda lost touch with my goals, and my home life and working over night and taking care of a 1 year old is so tiring, god! Where is my motivation? I have thought of some kind of viamins to get me feeling motivated and energized to help me get fit...lately all I want is sugar! so afraid of gaining it all back. Any suggestions to get focused again. In all I have lost I have lost 80 pounds since Oct 2004.
