depends what your goals are. they are good weights for your age and size, but i dont see why in the world you would be using a shirt. fill out your profile so we know what your goals are and maybe we can help you a little better.
also, the benchpress is not that great of an indicator of strength, it is more of a show off lift. what do you deadlift and squat?
