ive hurt my foot so I will be out of action for at least 6 weeks. What do you think about my diet choice so i dont gain weight?at the moment iam 57kgs I would however like to lose 3 kgs but i dont know if this is possible through this choice in diet.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oats, peach/apple, 1 egg
Mid day snack(11am): spoonful of brown rice and a lean chicken breast
