I am not a big eater, but since I have been eating right I seem to be losing my energy level. I get tired after eating, even the small meals. Anybody else have/had this problem???? Any suggestions?

I think I am going throught the same thing. What does a day's worth of meals consist of for you? How many times/day do you eat? How much protein/carbs are you taking in at each meal? etc....

I have experimented and changed the time of workout, amount etc. I am eating five small meals a day (well balanced) and feel misereable. I am used to eating 500 calories a day, only once a day, and felt better and had more energy. My workout times have to vary depending on my day. I don't sleep well at night so am workouts are hard because I wake up tired. What are your thoughts on this?

I had a hard time sleeping at night as well. I changed from a work out of 3 times a week to 2 times a week. I also noticed that the more water I take in, the better I sleep.
On the flip side. I also find that more water in the day makes me feel tired, slugish and ready to sleep. I am not sure what is going on but am glade you asked the question and look for others to comment as well.

I also work out in the morning around 5:30/6:00. I don't eat until after the shower. It's normal to feel a little tired after eating. All that digestion I guess. I sleep like a baby too. Try these tips and let us know.
