I was just wondering if anyone had heard any negative side effects that may be caused by using Hydroxycut as part of your weight loss program? Would people recomend this one over xenadrine? Thanks

I would not recommend either. Thermogenics taken on a regular basis lose their effect. Also, the combination of caffeine and ephedra can have negative side effects ranging from lightheadedness, jitters, and increased prolonged heart rate. Try simply creating a caloric intake to drop the pounds. These supplements are expensvie as well. I have dropped 24lbs since April 1 by eating right and working out. No thermogenics!!

I recommend hydroxycut. Xenadrine gave me and other people I know headaches. It is also known to make you see black spots!

i would surely recommend hydroxycut over xenadrine. in my own personal experiance it worked so much better. the only side effect i could think of was when i stopped taking it i would get headaches in the morning for about 2 or 3 mornings.

I have had no bad issues with hydroxycut and it worked very well in a stack to get me very cut, but I agree with others in that you should not make it a prolonged use. I only use it about once a year...good exercise works best.
