hello all- to the point- i have ten weeks before i go to Europe. i'm 30 , 6ft, about 249lbs. big frame- right now i wake up at 5am & do 1hr to 1.5 hrs of cardio right when i wake up, i drink like 12 glasses of water a day, eat 5x a day, two meals r whey shakes, oatmeal and hard boiled eggs for breakfast, salad for lunch, & like chicken or fish for dinner. take my itamins B-12, vit c, multivitamin, hydroxycut. is this good?????????? i need to define my chest and build my arms

Hi there and Welcome! Are you doing any weight training? How often do you do cardio? Every day? If so, it seems to me that you're doing to much cardio if you're trying to gain muscle. Looks like you are on the right track with your diet though. Check out the workout routines on this site, you can customize them to fit your goals. Good Luck!

u may want to try eating 6x a day.....if u have time....the extra fuel couldnt hurt if ur doin that much cardio. also...do define chest and arms...youre going to need to hit those weights almost as much as you do cardio. id say for toning anywhere between 10-15 reps at high intensity (tempo) will get your gunz and pecs lookin right. train hard for these 10 weeks but dont over train. also make sure you sleep enough.
