I don't like eating and trying to get down 5 - 6 meals a day is so hard. I only weight 101 lbs so I see the need to eat so that it catches up with my training. So how do I get the most out of a smaller meal?
look for high protein and moderate fat and carb intake. fat is simply that and carbs unburned turn to fat. also know that your body will burn fat off the arms and legs before it will burn of stomache. gain your weight right and burn your calories. remember its not healthy to lose weight too fast and i thinks its the same for gaining weight. ive gained 13 lbs in last 2 months with very litte fat gain. good luck!
Lots of calories and protein. Beef, beans, eggs, chicken (no skin) milk, etc. Watch the fat and sweets though. Hope it works. It takes time and effort. Train hard!!
