recently joined a gym, my goal is to inprove my fitness and try and lose my beer gut.
I have been given a training program which involves doing machine weights, ive been told todo weight training every 2 days, giving the body time to recover between workouts.
Is it ok to do cardio workouts everyday ie treadmill/x-trainer/bike ect?
i normally try to get my heartrate into the higher intensty zone when i do a cardio workout, is this ok todo everyday?
