Hey just have a couple of questions i am 16 and weigh about 150lbs I am currently taking creatine and working out in a weight traing class i was just wondering what els i should do inorder to have huge success

Go to the specifc diet and nutrition forum and read "grocery list for healthy eating", eat a solid diet consisting of foods from that list and get plenty of rest. At your age gains should come easily...even without the creatine.

in addition to cratine u could start consuming whey protien. gains start in the kitchen though so make sure u have a good diet to support your training as well as enough rest and recovery. i was 16 not too long ago and can tell you that gains were easy to come by as long as you took care of yourself.

thanks for the great comments i will take care of myself and i have reasonable goals- i started liftin at the beginng of January adn started out with a measinlg 115 bench max- now just a couple of months latter i amm getting about 140
