It says on the website that they will help you build a nutrition program but there are no foods listed. Forgive my ignorance but how does this work? I am looking to eat better to accompany my lifting program.
You have to input your own food/meals. Then, it will tell you if your carbs, proteins and fat are appropriate in regard to what you entered on your profile. It will also tell you about what vitamins you may need to increase or decrease. The directions will tell you to select a day, then select add a meal. From there you can add food to your meal. You can also click on the foods and it will give you the break down of the food. Re-read the directions and experiment. It does not select your meals for you.
