IT seems that iam hungriest during my cycle..its not just carbs I want,but just food in general...Iam, trying so hard to maintain a decent eating plan..but it gets hard sometimes..
Any tips?

I have experienced the same problem, but usually about a week before. I find it has improved alot since I've upped my protien intake and lowered my carbs. When the munchies still hit me bad, I try to have cottage cheese with fruit, which usually fills me up. If I'm really craving the carbs, I'll sometimes go for popcorn.

No Problem. A good rule of thumb is 1-1.5g protein per body weight.
