I am tryin to lose about 30 pounds does anybody ahve any good ideas on how to get started i dont have a way the the gym so i will be doing this all at home can anybody help me

First off, the main thing you can do is Diet. Cut away from Sodas and high sugar/fat foods. Search fitBuddy and you can find a lot of info about good foods.

Second, even at home you can get a decent workout. Running, jogging, speedwalking are also examples of easy at-home cardio work. On top of that you have easy exercises: pushups, crunches, twists.

If you are serious I would invest in some home gym equipment since you can't make it to the gym.

Check out the Exercise Programs on this site to find a good home workout routine. Then check out the Nutritional Plans for your customized diet.
