hey i need help with my diet and lifting routines any suggestions...im tryin to loose most weight in my ab area..i think im a lil but over weight in the chest to abdoman area...everywere else i think im fine lol...but i want to loose that wait..and i want to build a bigger upper frame...like shoulders back...chest..abdoman.. anysuggestions would be greatly apprecitiated :) thanks

4. Go to the health resources section. There is information on diet and exercises there. There is also an entire forum focused on diet.
