I am new to this site, and i got my diet plan and workout plan all worked out, but I have no clue what to eat in my diet so i gain muscle and lose a a few pounds. PLEASE HELP. THANKS!

Ok, so basically everything on that list would be a good diet?? I could make a few meals a day from that list?

Yes, choosing foods from that list would make up a good diet depending on what your goals are. Maybe read thru "diet thread" in the same forum for a little more info on diet.
