how many sets

Nyx sets should serve as a part of the whole formula driven by your goals....you can use number of sets to act as a form of intensity....in other words you can create intensity through loading(weight) or volume(setsxreps).....you want to change your volume ....you don't want to go too high too often....similarly to how you wouldn't want to max every single workout...

is that too much for chest? ofcourse not...if you're ronnie coleman and you're inhaling steroids like water by the gallon.....that seems like a typical bodybuilding workout from flex....way too much volume.....you can try doing this...but I would guess the weight used will have to be relatively light in order to handle all this volume....

might want to pose this question in bodybuilding forum...since this is more of a strength forum...

for example chest will prob be something like:

flat bb press-3x5
incline bb press-3x6-8
incline db press-3x6-8
decline db press-3x6-8
flyes-3x6-8

is that too much for just chest if we are only workin it once per week?

Don't look like too much, maybe superset your inclines and toss in some dips, gotta have dips!
