HEY EVERYONE! MY NAME IS JESSICA! I'M 19 YRS OLD AND I'M FROM CHICAGO! I WEIGH 152 LBS. MY GOAL IS TO LOSE 27 POUND BY MID JUNE! I HAVE ALREADY LOST 12 LBS SO IM REALLY FOCUSED AND I'M HOPING TO MEET SOME NEW PEOPLE THAT INSPIRE ME AND I WANT TO LEARN FROM OTHER PEOPLE!:big_smile::love::dumbbell:

weight training and cardio would work wonders for you. The message board's a great help. Keep to it even when you feel like quiting. everyone here at ft is very helpful and supportive. They've helped me a lot and are very supportive. They'd do the same for you. Its a great community you joined, believe me. ask anything you want to know.

equally important is diet. search the message boards and the nutrition plan here at ft is great too.

Howdy... nice to have you with us..
It seems that you are doing pretty well to get down to where you are at so far. Keep at it. But dont push yourself to far to get there as your body might not be ready for it when you are.
