My legs shake every time I stand they are very weak. What excercis should I start with and what are some excercise that will strengthen my legs. I dont go to the gym. So I need at home excercises.
:surprised: That sounds like a more serious problem. If your legs shake everytime simply from just standing you may want to see your Doctor and have him/her check you out before you atemped any exercise.
