Hi. i hope someone can help me with some advice on how to get rid of stubborn butt fat. i am 31, 5'8", 121lbs. i have lost 27 pounds over the last 6 months, and i do not want to lose anymore, but i can not get the layer of fat on my butt to come off. the muscle is there but i can't get the fat to go away. i do 3-4 days of strength trainning per week,(mainly concentration on my glutes and legs) and i am eating around 1800 calories a day. i am trying to be very cautious with what i am getting my calories from. Try switching up exercises and reps....

Even doing a same exercise slightly differently will shock your body into new strength and muscle gains....

try doing variations of squats(front, back, overhead, hack, etc) as well as deadlifts(romanian, snatch, sumo, regular, dimel, stiff legged, etc), step ups, lunges(front, side)...and no you don't need to be a big bodybuilder or a powerlifter to use these exercises...they will get you results fast...

also if you normaly use certain reps*sets scheme, change it up.....
