ok i was just reading some reviews about muscle milk .. im looking for something to take , im 17 5'4 135lbs and have been lifting for almost 2 years.. im decently toned up now, but would like to be a little more cut especially around my abs, anyway i was reading reviews of musclemilk that said that ppl were gettin more cut and losing body fat and gaining lean muscle
i would like to stay at my current weight but gain lean muscle and tone up, would muscle milk do it for me? and if so, how should it be taken(post workout, pre workout, 1 scoop, or 2?)

nope...
that's more about your overall nutrition...as well as proper training....
this is a product that can help fill in some of your daily protein quota...nothing more nothing less...if u got money to kill then go for it...otherwise I'd just focus on improving your overall nutrition...

I agree with Menace on this one, I use Muscle Milk every day but it is not what makes or breaks my success. I use it for convient extra protien but Absolutely what makes me successful is the day to day whole food nutrition and diet choices. Great Advice.

kasper, from what i understand is that muscle milk is good before you go to bed when your body is rebuilding the muscle you broke down from you workout. You want to use whey PWO so because its one of those protins that break down faster for immediate use for your muslces. But dont take my word for it, wait for the pro's who know alot more than i do.

Muscle milk is no more than a higher calorie supplement, can be used if more calories are needed.
It is high in casein proteins, which can be better throughout the day. (slow releasing proteins, gels in the stomach on digestion). In fact a pretty good blend of whey and caseins.
Has a decent amount of MCT's which actually rival carbs as a fuel source.
May want to investigate it as a pre workout fuel source.
Pretty dam good tasting also.
