Have you tried using more egg whites instead of the yolks. I think you can also find that eggbeaters do not contain fat.http://www.eggbeaters.com/products/index.jsp

found this article for you:
The white of a large egg, or about 1-1/4 ounces, has 16 calories, 3 g of protein, 2 mg of calcium, 4 mg of phosphorus, 55 mg of sodium, 45 mg of potassium, the weensiest little bit of riboflavin, and no fat, cholesterol, or carbohydrates. hope this helps:)

Well, it looks to me first off if you are trying to lose fat as you say, your carbs and proteins are turned completely around. I know that this is the fault of the nutrition calculator, so you need to know.

What is your current bodyweight?

1 gram of protien per lb of body weight and around or under 100 g of carbs... Thats what i have been told at least.

There are always two choices, two paths to take. One is easy and short and one is hard and long. The only satisfaction one can get out of the first is that it was easy, and many people have gone this way. Even the greatest journy begins with a single step, and to take the path less taken gives awsome bragging rights. Moral of this story, The main cause for failure and unhappiness is trading what you want most for what you want at the moment.
