My Name is Caralynn and I am 35. I joined to lose some bf left over from babies. I am 5'4 and 120...I dont want to lose weight just some flab. I work out 3 times a week and do well but my diet is my trouble...I really like ice cream..:) I look forward to meeting you all

I just wanted to say hi, and to offer a little support. I have been working out and eating better. i have been reading and following a book. "the way to eat". it is pretty good. I have lost 35lbs. it is not a diet, but how to change the way you eat.
