I've always been very active but i have one major problem i can't do pushups :( I really want to join the air force and i need to be able to 9 pushups to pass my test. I pass the running and sit ups no problem.I'd like to get into better shape regardless lol a nice flat stomach would be nice! and i am willing to work for it! I have access to a great gym but everything i've tried so far hasn't really done much of anything. I'm probably doing it all wrong lol. Yup so thats me!
sorry i don't have a profile, i am kinda new and not sure how this site works. but i just wanted to tell you to practice. if you can do 5 push-ups, keep doing 5 until you get 6.
