I don't think there is another way to get what you need without eating veggies... Maybe you can try different ways of cooking them. Like puree cauliflower -- it can make a mashed potato consistence. Salsa has tomatoe in it, throw some veggies in an omlete.

Gotta agree with these two, maybe try fixing them different ways. I know I couldn't stand broccoli at on time, and now I eat it raw. At first I would just eat my broccoli while I was busy making the rest of my meal so I wasn't even aware I was doing it. Now I have no problem eating it. Same with salad. Used to hate it. Now I have no problem eating it. Sometimes you just have to get past what you beleive to be bad in your mind and you ok.

You don't have to look at them...you have to eat them :) Besides not all veggies are green....carrots, cauliflower, various peppers, eggplant just to name a few....there are a tonne of ways to prepare them...try a few different ones....I personally love to load my tomato spaghetti sauce with them...saute sliced carrots, zucchini, onions, garlic, cauliflower, peppers and broccoli together with a few italian seasonings and chilli flakes then I add my favorite sauce and voila a very healthy and filling sauce for on pastas, or even spaghetti squash...
