Hi everyone,
I am an overweight, unfit grandma in the UK.
My main problem is my legs. I have thighs like tree trunks, and chubby ankles.
Whatever I eat seems to settle on my thighs.
Its just as if I have a tight band at the knee.
I'm game to try exercises, but not jogging.
Is there anyone thing I could do to reduce this area.
