Ok I have searched fit buddy about this and couldnt find anything. Alot of people use low fat cottage cheese in thier diet but I havent read anything about Fat free cottage cheese. Personally i like the taste better of fat free than low fat, and i was wondering if there are like any additives that makes fat free worse than low fat.

I use it all the time. 14 gr. of protein, 7 carb, and 80 calories in a half cup.

its all i eat as far as cottage cheese goes. im like you, i like the taste a lot better.
