I kind of new to weightlifting diets and I'm getting pretty serious about gains! I really don't know what kind of snacks to eat and if anyone has recipie tips please post.I'm 6'3, 165 and have a VERY fast metabolism so anything would help.I don't need to loose anyweight cause i try to eat healthy i just need some high protein snacks. I also drink protein shakes but there gettin old HELP!!! Gettin There DADAMAN

Weight gainers...... If you don't get all the calories your body needs to build up muscles you'll never get those nice strong arms. Don't only go for the proteins. Since you have a very fast metabolism, you need enough carbs to burn so your body wont start burning your muscles (of course you need lots of proteins too!). Try different brands and flavour. Need a snack? Go for the bars..... energy and high protein ones. You're getting there, don't worry. Good luck!

Hey do you like Almonds ? A handful (with a protein drink)will help curb hunger. Great snack. Do you ever eat cottage cheese with a scoop of protein in it?

boil some eggs and snack on those 1/2 a chicken breast is a great snack small can of tuna with a carrot a cheese stick and a few carrots 2 tblspoon instant pudding/protein powder (mix with water in a blender) almonds with bananna yogurt the list continues but I got to hit the gym. There are so many options. We always think snacks to be neat little thing we get out of a little bag or wrapper. Not true, no high protein corn chips or pretzels! There are gimmick snacks but they are expensive. Try the chicken breast. put a little hot sause on it for zip
