now on the back of cell tech it says 2scoops after lifting now someone had told me just use 1 because they tell u to use 2 scoops just to waste it so it don't last as long and so u will buy more because it will go quicker. is that tru or not
once upon a time when i took it, i took two scoops. your body can only absorb around 5 grams of creatine at a time and i think cell tech has 10 grams per serving, so i think you would be alright just taking one scoop. skip the loading phase tho, that is a waste of time.
I buy lemonade mix and creatine monohydrate and for 1/10the price make my own
and it tastes MUCH better....after a short while celltech made me gag.....ditto for the gatorade mix....lemonade mix is much easier to tolerate...tastes like everday lemonade ....and dirt cheap...
